Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using any Kiwot product or service, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

Service Description

Kiwot builds the methodology, software and professional infrastructure for better hiring decisions. Our current products include Structured Hiring (the methodology), KiwotHire (the software that operationalizes it, including AI-assisted candidate evaluation), the Structured Hiring Sprint (an implementation programme), and the Kiwot Expert Network (specialist domain professionals who validate evaluation frameworks and review technical evidence for specialist roles). Features and availability may vary by product and plan.

User Accounts

To use our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with or disrupt service integrity or performance, or use the services in ways that violate applicable laws or regulations.

Fees and Payment

KiwotHire offers both free and paid subscription plans, billed monthly; you can cancel at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period. Evaluation requests submitted through the agency evaluation service are quoted individually based on scope and invoiced separately; they are not billed through a subscription. We reserve the right to modify pricing with advance notice. Kiwot Expert Network participation is subject to Kiwot's approval and does not guarantee assignments or income.

Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload to our services. We use your data solely to provide and improve our services. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

AI Usage

Kiwot uses AI models to power product features. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may not always be correct. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI outputs before making business decisions based on them.

Limitation of Liability

Kiwot services are provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amounts paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
