By accessing and using any Kiwot product or service, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Kiwot provides AI-powered operational systems for businesses. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Service Description
Kiwot builds focused AI systems for the operations that keep businesses running. Our current products include KiwotHire (AI-powered recruiting tools) and additional products under development. Features and availability may vary by product and subscription plan.
3. User Accounts
To use our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with or disrupt service integrity or performance, or use the services in ways that violate applicable laws or regulations.
5. Subscription and Payment
Kiwot products offer both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to modify pricing with advance notice.
6. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you upload to our services. We use your data solely to provide and improve our services. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
7. AI Usage
Kiwot uses AI models to power product features. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may not always be correct. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI outputs before making business decisions based on them.
8. Limitation of Liability
Kiwot services are provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amounts paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
